lease 是很正規的，過去town說出租不需要permit， 也沒有詳給解釋， town裏規定是這麽寫的：

The taking of not more than four non-transient boarders or the leasing of not more than two rooma with no provisions for private cooking by a resident family in a single family dwelling

this use need SP

town 裏說 整租給family或一個租給幾個人一個lease， 就可以不要permit。 但有房主也住在裏麵在租出去就要SP。
