Shocking! She should get paid because it is her rights and her money. Not becuase 很多老板都這樣做的，then it is correct. It does not make it right.

I would recommand the lady here, stay calm. First, study your local employment law and find out your rights. Then write a letter with all the evidence to your local labor ministry. Be prepared, your employer will make all kind excuses to say how bad you were, etc. Ignore them, get what you are entitled!! Good Luck!!!
