Parents also know children's birthday and social security number, no bank will allow anyone, including parents, with that information access a customer's bank account.  During probate (死後繼承）you need a court issued order to touch your parent's account.  Don't find yourself excuses to delay making critical decisions.  You are here just to solicit sympathy, unfortunately this is just waste of time.
