For social security, it is work-based, since your parents haven't worked in US, they are not eligible.

For medical insurance, Federal Medicare for seniors is work-based, they are not eligible. However, state Medicaid for the poor is only income-based, and they might be eligible, check your local state medicaid program. Green card holder can get them.

Medicaid is a type of program called "mean-tested benefit", that is, eligibility is based on one's (lack of) income. If you sponsored your parents for green card, you might be required to pay for their benefit. See this:

Other Benefits are different from state to state. Most people like your parents like to live in NY, MA or CA, since their benefit is better. For details, check your state's office called something like "council on aging" or "division of aging" or "adult services" for a range of programs available. These are most likely mean-tested benefits, and you might be responsible for the cost.
