how to sell house under both names?

I am a single mom with 2 young kids. divorced for a while. but house title and loan are still under both names. tried 3 times to refi the house, ex did not coorperate. he is gone to China and no definite time to come back. he has not been following visitation for kids and kids are full time with me. i have been taking care of mortage and property tax after we filed divorce. he has contributed none to the house for a while.

I am thinking about sell the house. My question is, if I hire a lawyer and swear in the court that i will split the house sell money with ex, can the procedure be quick without ex involved? he is far away and difficult to deal with. Thanks!

I am in California. all I want is to quickly get rid of the house.
