Ignor & let your insurance deal with him

If police says no fault at either party, then you have no reasons to worry even if he has a lawyer trying to sue you.  Just ignor the letter.  Then make sure you tell your insurance it's his fault & list all your evidence.  Your insurance company should be on your side.
