How to correct error in box 1 on W2?

I just noticed error on one of my w2, the total amount in box 1/3/5 are identical,
but all other w2s are different, box1 number should be less than box3/5?
do I need to contact with my employer to correct or I can calculate for box 1 based on box3/5/2/4/6/12? Thanks.
