I dont understand the reason to cancel the contract?

If I were you I would not pay $4500 fine. I would just let him sell. If he could sell a good price we will go for it. If not, move on to other agents. You have nothing to lose. Why did you insist on canceling the contract and pay for the fine. You keep saying he cheated you. What did he do?
