在美國，如果離婚，丈夫是否有權分割屬於他妻子和她父母婚前擁有的房產。

My daughter is going to marry an American next year.  We have a rental house with the title names of my hu*****and, myself and my daughter. Next year, I would let my daughter and her hu*****and to stay after marriage and I only collect a few hundreds dollars a month,which would pay for property tax, insurance and home owner associaion fee.

In future, in case of divorce, does my daughter's ex hu*****and have the right to share that property? 

Can I have a lease agreement which let them sign so that I can control the whole property untill I decide to give it to them in future.
