我們友情DIY離婚的，現在需要修改Alimony和Child Support的數目。我們有新agreement，但是我很糊塗如何讓它成為court order。
人在Santa Clara county，官網提到如果有新agreement不需要file a motion或hearing，“give it to the judge for signature”就可以。這是付在哪個表格後麵給judge？煩請具體回答，萬謝！
