I did file the Judgment Lien in County A. It is only against the company so if you find out that they own property in another county, let me know and I will file it there. We can do a debtor’s deposition to determine if the company is doing any business, etc. I would have to do the deposition in County A unless he agrees to come to county B or maybe even City C, but since I have no contact with him, it will not be likely he will agree to anything. I would need to find an attorney in County A that would allow us to use their office. Of course this will cost money for attorney fees but also to get them served as we will have to serve them with a subpoena.

 

If you have any information on the business, like where they bank I could do a direct garnishment with the bank first in an attempt to get some money.
