Is there any law document for me

Now, I still live with my hu*****and, but he likes to say if later he become rich, he will not give even a penny to me. I know sometime he just scare me, but I think I still need to do something . Would you please tell me if I can ask my hu*****and to sign some document with law firm, just to say once we divorced how much he would give me.
