隻要 FOLLOW TIME LINE, 付RECORDING　費就行．我可以CＯＮＴＥＳＴ　他的lien.　如果我不在意ＣＲＥＤＩＴ　就不要緊,　過２年,如果他沒FILE FORECLOSURE LAWSUIT(FORECLOSURE LAWSUIT一定要有律師介入),　ＬＩＥＮ就過期了. 那時我 可以要求他ＲＥＭＯＶＥLIEN, HE has respon*****ility to remove the expired lien, otherwise I can find an attorney to do it and he have to pay the attorney fee.隻 這個過程會很長.
