Child gets nothing until college time by the trust. grandparents refuses to give $1. trust has only that house plus a little bit cash. grandparents use that cash paying house expenses. When kid turns to 18 after many years, there maybe more debts on the house and trust has $0 to pay college tuition.

My next question is that if court can force trustee to move out in order to pay child support???
