急求購房法律幫助.

I purchased a house together with a lot. The layout drawing provided indicated the frontage of the lot is 10.66 m but two month after the purchase agreement was signed I received a survey drawing showed the frontage 8.32 m.

The drawing used during the purchase has some small letter legal statements that released the builder/developer responsibilities of inaccuracies of the drawing.

The builder/developer offered me compensation of about 7k as compensation but I am not happy with it.

What should I do? What is your advise?
