Thanks for your information. My attorney said INS will cancel my F2 APPLICATION SINCE i NEED TO SUBMIT my f2 request number. My concern is if my H1 is denied, my status will be illegal since i don't have any valid I-94 now. Or they may send me back china to get visa.I am just not sure if it is worth trying it or stay one more year to apply H1.
