請問各位老師：申請I-539可交I-94複印件嗎？

我們的情況是從O簽證轉B2簽證，看大家都說交原件，我看了instruction，有這樣一句話：

You are required to submit with your From I-539 the original or copy, front or back, of Form I-94 of each person included in your application.

這是不是說可以交複印件？
