總共有6個股東，共有1000股。 我們以前有投過票，但都是小事，大家一直通過。 這次不同，事關重大，俺的610股與其它390股利益絕對相悖。 As long as the clause is interpreted as B, I win. I do not have to have 70% of shares in order to rule.
