CrashReport after car accident

Had a car accident several weeks ago.
I was driving following the main traffic, suddenly a black woman driving a BMW made a U turn, her direction of driving before the U turn is opposite of me, so I hit her right side passage door. There was some damage on her door, a little damage on my front bumper.
My insurance has no collision, so I called her insurance, who said will cover my 60% damage. I think she is 100% fault. What should I do?
I want to get the crash report from police; do I need to go the police station by myself?
Never had car accident since I have been driving for about 7 years, so any help will be appreciated
