Personally, I think you will only make things worse by writting

The tone is too harsh and confrontational.  If you really want to appeal your case, state the facts, not your personal opinions.

For example, if the clerk in your university really hated you like you claimed, then why she called again saying you have been employed by the university?  Most likely she made a mistake in the begining...
