Unless the condo is paid down entirely with his SP, there will always be a CP interest. Even if the condo is paid down with SP, a Pereira/Van Camp can still be made to get some CP interest out of it. There is no such thing he gets 100% unless until the court says so. Her problem is that nobody is representing her to protect her interest and she does not know the law. As said many times, divorce is not something you want to do it DIY.
