Hehe, I only met him for two times

Hehe, I only met him for two times in my life before this incidence. Each time for only less than 30 seconds (one was less than 4 seconds). As a Chinese, I might also got the problem of claiming any people just chatted with as friend. I really don't know him at all. I choose keep quiet because the situation of the whole race of Chinese in USA doesn't allow me to mess up.
