If the Circuit Court judges agreed

with the district court opinion, why did they have to give an opinion? By law, they couldn't review your case de nova. Deferring to all the fact finding from the lower court, they could only review the law applied. If there is no erroreous in the law, the Circuit court would have no choice but affirming.
