I sugguest you talk to a lawyer, but please be aware that it IS very difficult to evict a tenant, let alone a Section 8 tenant. Be prepared for 6 months or longer. My suggestion is to pay to woman some money and waive all the rent arrears. Your goal should be to get rid of her asap
