She tried to push me to sign it today!!

When I asked the office manager today, she asked me if someone went through the benefit with me before. I told her NO.

She printed the benefit form, and it shows 100% covered. She tried to rush me to sign it twice at that time, I told her that I needed time to read it so i did not sign it today since I sense she is trying to push me to sign it?

What does it mean if I have signed it or not?
