If they do not have license and insurance, you take risk. If you have enough insurance and know how to manager handyman, ok.

Usually in my location, if you use a company with full license and insurance, you may pay $65 or higher per  hour. But if you hire a person w/o anything (those ilegal immigrates), you may pay only $8 per hour.
