single mom of three ask for advice

my friend she is lately divorced with one son and met this guy, they dated for a year, and this guy promised to marry her, then the girl found she is pregnant with twin daughters. This guys postponed and postponded until now baby is 1 year old, they are still not married,  and lately she found this guys has been seeing other girl all alone since she was pregnant.

what she should do?
