Title company cannot find anything, everything is clean. They even don't see the law suit. Called attorney normally do evication for me, he practice real estate laws. He think even the enighbor win the law suit, but if the law suit was based on previous owner's behavior, then should not affect future owners. He want more detailed information, I will work on that.
