It is a great deal, A tried to do short sell before, got few offers, but buyer scared after heard the law suit, that time B just filed it. I think this is a suit B hard to win. And even if it is because over watering, it was done by A or other neighbor plus god in 3 three years ago, should not affect the new owner, is that logic right?
