even the meter turn to 40000

by itself, the document celarly showed it was 120000 before. If it turned by meter itself, how did the repair shop knew it was 120000?
Someone turned the meter and cheated. You should file a complain to AAA or consumer protecting agency for the dealer you bought the car.
