why don't you spend sometime observe you kid in school with

Since you don't trust what the school said, you need to see it in your own eyes, isn't it? If your son does have the problem, it is good you find it sooner than later.

 

I heard for special program kid, each school gets some special funding from the state. There is economic incentive behind it.
