my case is $30, will they sue?

Thank you for the information.  But my case is somewhere around $30, about 27 or 29 I don't really remember. I am in mid 20s.  From the massage you sent to me, it says they will sue people between 18 to 65 when the amount is above $25.  Does it mean they will sue me?  Is there anything I can do at this point to avoid their law suit?  What I may have to deal with based on your knowledge? Not only you, me myself also looked me down.
