refinance after filing divorce

Hi:

we filed divorce. I moved out. We are in ma.

Now he wanted to refinance the house under both of our names. The house is under both of our names.

Since I moved out already, and I filed divorce already, my understanding is that my share in the house is up to the date I filed divorce. He should buy me out and then apply for refinance by himself.

Should I let him refinance?
