請教：如何拿回我的買房錢？？

我在今年3月買了一處SALE　AS IS的房產，當時被告知２個月內完成過戶，可是他們以種種理由拖著，直到五個月後我不想再等了，逼問下才告訴我說，因為水道管路的問題市政府收回了那處房產。我又給了他們一個月的時間找一個我想買的房產，然而，我沒能從他們提供的房產裏找到合意的，所以在６個月後的今天，我告訴他們已經到了我當初給他們的期限，我想拿回我的買房錢。卻被告知，他們不會給我退款，我隻能從那幾個爛房子中選一個。先不說那些房子值不值我當初買房的價錢，就是這樣的無賴態度也氣人，逼我買我他們賣不出去的房產，那些房子已經很久都沒賣出去了。我隻是想拿回我的房錢，可他們不肯。這是SELLER給我的EMail原話：

I have talked extensively to underwriters about this situation. They don’t allow a refund. You purchased the property in Feb / March AS IS and were asked to do you due diligence. Our multiple attempts to give you the deed failed due to various reasons at the county. We were never notified by the city about the demolition until after it was done in August. If the deed would have been switched to your name prior to the demolition our underwriters would not give you a replacement property.

My suggestion is to pick a property from the previous lists I sent you as a replacement for Lavergne.

但是DEED並沒有轉到我名下，這種損失我也不想白白承擔，請問我應該怎麽辦？如何拿回我的錢？
