請問各位大俠一個投訴醫生的問題

我5月份寫信到MEDICAL BOARD 投訴一個OB. 然後收到BOARD一封信說要我SIGN一個WAIVER FORM:


“Enclosed is a Waiver form, which will allow the board to use your complaint during the course of any legal proceedings. Please be aware that by signing this Waiver your identity as the Complainant will no longer be confidential.”

想請問一下，如果我SIGN了，我會有什麽不好的法律後果嗎。
