If he does not want to move out volunteerly, then the only way you could do is to file divorce, normally, it will follow up an urgent court meeting(depending on states), and a judge will issue a temporary order about separation living, child custody, and child support. You need consult an attoneny at family law in your state for details. It is not recommanded for you to move out but leave a house to him with the mortgage under your name.
Why not let someone talk with him, and let him know he either has to share the fammily expense, or were taken to the court by you.
