No fault car accident -who pays for body repair

Would it raise my insurance too? Also, would the bill it be split btw two insurance companies? Thanks!

Filed police report, cop said it's no fault. There's tall bushes so we couldn't see each other and back into each other. Only my car's damaged though --the other one is a garbage truck.
