Have to write "husband and wife switch to wife..."

I had this lesson.

We change the deed to "hu*****and to wife...", when I try to sale the house, I got a trouble which it said the deed not clean. So, paid extry to change to "hu*****and's name and wife's name --> wife's name" then sold...
