If you have a letter from the doctor indicating that you are ok to go back to work, I believe that insurance will cancel your long-term disability benefit. if they don't, you should cancel it too, otherwise it would be an insurance fraud which is crime... Think about it, you might face insurance investigation soon if you really think that your health is better.
