Something you may consider: Before the end of the lease (which is the end of the month or before walk through), does the owner have the right to break you door/go in to your apartment/move,fix or do whatever to anything in the apartment without your approval? In my experience,when I lived in apartment and need to fix anything, I am the one to initialize the request and owner need to get my approval to go into my apartment.
