termination fee 是我和dishnetwork之間的，這個我已經和dishnetwork達成協議。cancellation fee 和$500 grocery voucher是我和agent之間的。如果我和對方對合同有異議，collection company還可以繼續催款嗎？如果最後反映到了我的credit report, 我能申訴嗎？
