2. My ex want to marry again. So he filed divorce only to get the legal paper. At the time, property were not divided. I asked judge on the court when divorce was judged if I can claim it later. He told me yes. I was told after the divorce, the property will not be divided by divorce law but something else. However, I was told definitely that I can claim the properties after divorce.
