It seems that I can not get child support even if I get custody?

The first question, it is not because my ex didn't agree my move. He is now not accept he agreed.In fact my ex does not want the chuldren. He just wanted to use the children as a level to get the house. He filed a case last year for he wanted to sell the house. I told him as long as he can give me the children he can take the house. So i trust him he will give me the children's custody and didn't appear on court. But he said he was not in a state of mind at the hearing officer's office, so the hearing office wrote it by himself to give the custody to him. I sent him emails asked him when to come to pick up the kids. He never answered.Are these details help me fight for the custody?

By the way, if I temporarily quit the job, can I still get the custody?

For the second question, the house is not a dividable house. It is a four bed room family house.It is impossible to say which part is his or which part is mine.So, there is no way to rent it out partly.This is maybe from my point of view. But how to divide the house according to the law?

By the way, can I ask a third question. We didn't seperate anything when legally divorced, including the retirement. Can I still claim it? If so how much I can get? Is it the balance at the date of divorce?
