Asking for help

I need your help for the following two questions:

Question 1. I once had the child custody but when I moved out of the state we lived to another state, I didn't file the move in the court but just verbally told my ex. But he didn't accept it. The court gave him the custody and stopped child support just because I didn't file the move. I don't know how can I get back the custody. The childre have been living with me while he is legally not give me child support!

Question 2. My ex and I have a house, which he has been living in it and he is paying the morgage. first, He said as he and his new wife and new baby are just using two bedrooms so the other two is my responsibility. second, he want to refinance the house to his name and asking me to give up the title and filed a case about it. I don't know what the judge will say? If the property can be judged to be under his name?
