First of all, I am not the person who is in the shitty situation. My friend was so stressed out and even thought about killing himself.

Secondly, My friend is white. It is funny I told him if he is black, he could suit the hospital discrimination.

Thirdly, it is helpful going public? Or give pressure to the hospital? I know they don't like publicity, but what is the best way out?

It is very difficult situation because the hospital wrote the policy and they make the policy play for them. I am hoping my friend can find a strong lawyer to represent him.

Actually there are several doctors and staff had problem with Acting director. One staff got fired right before he planned to resign.
