exactly, I have the similar experience, and I was scared to death by the dog's barking. Even though I was not attacked, but my heart rate is increased tremendously, and was neverious. Also that dog is not on leash, that made me very scary.

Same here, "TMD 不是人人都像您一樣愛狗, O.K.", I hate dog, I was attacked by a dog when I was little. You are entitled to love dog, but I am entitled to hate dog. Please be considerate, keep your dog in control.
