two years ago I had almost the same experience as yours. I ordered 4 pieces of glasses from a company. I read the measurments from another company they came to my house. They told me a price over the phone and I agreed and paid in half by credit card. But there were only three pieces came the day they came to my house. I refused to sign anything but allow them to install the glasses. I did dispute with credit card company but failed. Lesson I learned, I should have them fax that quote to me before I paid them.
