我向房主要收據，還沒有收到。他用的是他自已的contractor. The contractor 是他的朋友，一個波蘭人。不知道他是否有正規的收據。我如何能驗證收據的真偽呢？

about the painting, we rented the house for one year. When we moved in, the second floor was not freshly patined. He claimed the first floor is. He had the most of the second floor repainted, and a few touch up in the first floor. Is that reasonable for us to pay the painting cost? Is it "normal wear and tear" to have a few touch up in the wall?
