How much tax I have to pay for divorce cash gained from China

Hi Guys,

My hu*****and and I are going through divorce. Both of us agreed to sell the apartment in China and give me the cash ( $100,000) and then I quit claim the house deed in US.

Do you guys know how much tax I need to pay or I don't have to pay any tax for this amount of split?

My salary is 70,000/year.
