Please help me, about attorney

I have a very bad experience using the cell phone service provided by Cingular company. They told me it's free to call mobile to mobile. Then they charge me double lines. I have argued with them for a long time, they only agree to give me $300 credit, but they charge me over $1000.

I want to find a lawyer to accuse them Consumer Fraud Litigation。I have no experience with laywers before( I don't have green card, just H1). Anybody have the same experience, please advice me what should I do. If I want to pursue legal action, how much does a laywer usually charge for this kind of case?

Please help....
